Nurses

Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) play a key role in Ontario’s health care system. Working in partnership with patients, families, providers and community organizations, CCACs ensure people have access to the health care they need — at home and in the community.

We hire Nursing professionals in both clinical and non-clinical roles in a variety of work environments across the GTA and southwestern Ontario.

Care Coordinators work in the community, at local hospitals or one of our CCACs to act as a liaison between patients and various health care providers to help them achieve optimal health, independence and dignity. Drawing on your knowledge of health services, you will conduct face-to-face or telephone assessments and help your patients navigate through the complexities of the health care environment to manage their short- and long-term health care goals.

Registered Nurses/Nurse Practitioners provide holistic patient care based on advanced nursing and basic medical management knowledge and skills. You will work collaboratively with patients, families and other health care providers and leverage your clinical assessment, monitoring and management skills to provide the best possible patient care.

Whichever role you choose, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to enjoy a balanced lifestyle, while still fulfilling your passion of providing meaningful hands-on care to patients and their families. In return, we offer a supportive and respectful team culture, the stability of full-time hours, as well as excellent benefits and vacation allowance.
